The mission of Joyful Journeys is to provide transformational coaching grounded in Biblical principles that equip individuals to embrace God’s calling and overcome personal and spiritual challenges in order to pursue His purpose for their lives with clarity.
To achieve these goals at local, regional, and global levels, Joyful Journeys Coaches engage consistently with clients through phone calls, virtual meetings, retreats, and in-person visits.

Burnout remains a significant challenge among North American pastors and missionaries. Each month, approximately 1,500 ministry workers leave their roles, with burnout cited as a major contributing factor.
